It is reported that HRC market at Black Sea remained under pressure this week with Ukrainian steel mills continuing to cut their prices for the fourth consecutive week.
The Ukrainian HRC FOB levels have lost almost USD 50 per tonne since week ending on March 4th 2011.
On the other hand, Russian HRC levels which had surged to maximum of USD 780 per tonne to USD 820 per tonne in February have also come down by USD 50 per tonne to USD 80 per tonne.
