CSC raises export prices for Apr/May delivery- 07 Mar 11

Reportedly, China Steel Corp. (CSC) announced the raise its export prices by US$100~US$170/ton averagely for April/May delivery. 
Among them, the export prices of hot rolled steel have hiked by US$130/ton, which is US$20/ton higher than the quotes of Chung Hung Steel.
In addition, the export prices of cold rolled steel have risen by US$130/ton; that of electronic galvanized steel has increased by US$150/ton; that of hot dipped galvanized steel has soared by US$170/ton and that of electrical steel has increased by US$100/ton respectively.
Traders indicated that even CSC hiked the export prices widely, its prices of hot rolled steel was still more competitive against the offers from South Korea, Japan and China.
