It is reported that HR prices at Black Sea remained stable this week signaling an end to the recent fury.
The Ukrainian mills maintained their prices in the range of USD 590 per tonne to USD 620 per tonne FOB Black Sea, in line with the previous week.
On the other hand, Russian mills offers prevailed at USD 620 per tonne to USD 640 per tonne FOB Black Sea as against USD 610 per tonne to USD 640 per tonne in the previous week.
As in an upward run, prices normally keep on increasing every week, the stagnation this week could be a sign of starting of cooling of in coming weeks.
