It is reported that the CIS producers are already looking forward for the end of Ramadan and trying to increase prices expecting better demand at the Middle East.
As soon as most part of the September production volumes of billets has been already booked, companies with available material started to offer it more expensive. Thus most part of the offers is keeping the range of USD 545 per tonne to USD 565 per tonne FOB Black Sea.
Companies are also already booking October production.
It is said that the dynamics was also supported by increase of scrap quotations in Mediterranean area and higher prices for the Turkish products.
