Japanese mills have announced to raise their HRC export prices to Asian market for April delivery to USD 700 per tonne FOB in line with increase of iron ore price.
However, it’s a rumor that last Friday Japan mills raised HRC price to China by another USD 50 per tonne to USD 750 per tonne FOB.
Taiwan traders said that Taiwan's domestic HRC price is unlikely to fall if Japan's HRC prices remained strong in near future.
