It is reported that steel scrap from Black Sea has lost the "momentum" and decreased to levels of 10 days ago.
Turkish buyers are apparently able to book at USD 340 per tonne to USD 345 per tonne CFR FO which is USD 20 per tonne to USD 30 per tonne lower than last week bookings and quotations.
This is happening despite weather continues being rigid not helping collection.
As per market reports, traders from USA are said to have negotiated a cargo of shredded scrap from USD 390 per tonne down to USD 365 per tonne CFR FO Turkey.
