CIS’s billet exports market demand
remained at a low level in this week. In fact, the export prices have been
dropped between US$35~US$40/ton, at US$390~410/ton.
Due to market demand remained weak, forced mills to drop the exports prices
further. Meanwhile, China’s billet export prices have dropped by US$95/ton this
week.
Although there are two CIS steel producers insist on keeping their prices are
at US$415~435/ton FOB, but there is no deal in this price range, buyers think
that the price is not realistic.
