Northern Europe steel sheet manufacturers
are seeking to raise prices in the second half of this year, it expects the
contract price rises more than €125/ton compared to in the first half; for hot
roll coil price of €450/ton; cold rolled coil price of €540~550/ton; hot-dip
galvanized steel price of €560/ton.
Currently, market supply was tighten, some of buyers have been accepted the
price offered, for spot prices are indeed a positive sign for the market. However,
China ‘s steel price offered to Asia has dropped again, which would impact on
the European market.
