Turkish hot rolled coil spot market
demand remained weak in the past week, and prices also remained flat. Spot
market is still experiencing cash flow problems, and it does not expect that
this problem can be solved in the short term.
The other hand, Turkey producers of hot-rolled coil prices held steady in the
past week, at US$310~320/ton, for the ex-factory, for February production.
Meanwhile, Turkey producers continued to offer bulk discounts, depending on the
buyer and the purchase amount
