Feng Hsin Iron & Steel Co., one of the
major steel long product manufacturers in Taiwan announced to lower its prices
for rebar by NT$400/ton today for this week.
After the announcement, its list prices for rebar are at NT$13,900/ton; those
for section steel remained at NT$18,000/ton.
Meanwhile, the company will cut its scrap purchasing prices by NT$400/ton to
NT$6,800~7,400/ton.
