According to Ministry of Development,
Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) in Brazil, the shipping quantity of iron ore
from Brazil in March increased to 26.22 million tons, up by 23% from a month
ago.
The export price of iron ore on average dropped by 11% to US$38.36/ton compared
to the last month, which is a low level.
The country’s iron ore exports to Asia totaled 20.68 million tons, up by 34%
and that shipped to Europe totaled 3.35 million tons.
