The CIS export market is entering period of “May break” - there is Easter this weekend, two weeks later - block of holidays that include May 1st and 2nd (Labor Day) and 9th(Victory Day) .
With just couple of working days in between this practically means a solid period of holidays.
Billet price raised by around USD 5 per tonne.
Finished longs are also under rather optimistic trends.
Finished flats market is weak, but the prices are generally at the previous levels.
