It is reported that the US container scrap export quotes to Taiwan have dropped slightly this week.
The US scrap suppliers offered the container HMS 80:20 (1&2) quoted at USD 447 to USD 449 per tonne CNF to Taiwan this week, decreasing by USD 4 to USD 6 per tonne from week earlier and dropping by USD 1 per tonne from the actual transaction prices of USD 448 to USD 450 per tonne C&F last week.
Traders predicted that the actual transaction prices of the US container HMS 80:20 (1&2) to Taiwan would drop to USD 445 per tonne C&F this week, down by USD 3 to USD 5 per tonne from a week ago.
However, it's been noticed that the US scrap supplier reduced the supply to 2,000 tonnes this week from 4,000 tonnes in last week.
