It is reported that some Japanese mills offered USD 360 per tonne for HRC to Philippines. The main reason for this low offer owed to the long term co operation between Philippines buyers and Japanese mills.
Analyst said that the price was ever lower than the offer from Russia. However, most market participants said that this offer was just a case, which would not cause turbulence on the market.
