According to Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company, in July this year Ukraine crude steel production will increase by 1.8% compared to May to 3.07 million tonnes.
According to UGMK forecast, pig iron output in Ukraine will reach 2.520 million tonnes in July while production of rolled steel will rise to 2.790 million tonnes.
In May this year, Ukraine crude steel production had increased by 0.3% compared to April rising to 3.017 million tonnes.
