HR and CR prices continue to weaken at Black Sea while plates stable- 25 Apr 11

It is reported that heavy plate prices were stable this week at Black Sea while HRC and CRC quotations have deepened further.
It seems that demand for HRC and CRC is playing a dampener and prices are declining further.
