Wire rod prices are going down .ire rod in mesh quality is sold at EUR 520 per tonne effective DDP, while drawing quality is sold at EUR 540 per tonne to EUR 550 per tonne.
Despite the downslide the market is expected bottom out soon as mills seem to be resisting further reduction.
